The 5B-10 grain seed treating/seed coating machine is highly suitable for coating vegetable seeds and cereal grains such as wheat, barley, corn, sorghum, and soybeans. Seeds can be continuously fed into the mixing cylinder through feeding bucket elevator, while a quantitative liquid solution is supplied by a dosing pump. Then, it will be atomized by a high-speed centrifugal turntable, adhered to the surface of the seeds, and finally fully mixed by a spiral drill in the cylinder. The high-speed centrifugal disc (for atomizing the liquid solution) and the large stainless steel cylinder (for spiral rolling mixing) ensure excellent coating efficiency.
