HCXC Series Magnetic Separator

The HCXC Series Magnetic Separator uses rare earth magnets for 99.9% ferrous removal in grain and food processing. It protects downstream equipment, ensures product purity, and meets HACCP standards. Available in five models handling 4–45 t/h, it features sanitary stainless steel and a removable magnet for easy cleaning.

TCQY Series Drum Cleaner

TCQY Series Drum Cleaner is a rotary screen for pre‑cleaning grain. It removes straw, cobs, dust, and chaff. It offers throughput from 12 to 80 t/h. The design ensures low maintenance and low power consumption. It is ideal for rice mills, wheat flour plants, corn processing, and coffee beans.

TQLZ Series Vibration Separator

TQLZ Series Vibration Separator is a high‑performance screening machine. It cleans and grades granular materials. It removes silt, light impurities, and barnyard grass. Dual vibration motors generate linear motion for consistent screening. Durable steel screens and self‑cleaning rubber balls prevent clogging. Capacities range from 2 to 30 t/h across nine models.

TQLM Series Rotary Cleaner

TQLM Series Rotary Cleaner is a versatile grain cleaning machine. It removes coarse and fine impurities based on particle size. It achieves ≥80% coarse impurity removal and ≥60% for fine and light impurities. Mistaken separation of plump grain is ≤1%. A dual‑layer drawer‑type screen design simplifies maintenance. Capacities range from 4 to 20 t/h across five models.
