Technological Process

Pre-Cleaning
The process begins with the initial cleaning stage, where raw beans or sesame are lifted by elevator and fed into the vibration cleaner which equips eith two layers sieve. This step removes large and small impurities such as stalks, leaves, dust and other small impurities. The equipment is highly efficient, ensuring a smooth and continuous flow of materials while maintaining stability in operation.

Stone Removal (De-Stoning)
the materials pass through a de-stoning machine, which effectively separates and removes stones and other heavy impurities based on differences of their specific gravity. The equipment is designed for high precision and reliability, ensuring minimal product loss and maximum impurity removal.

Fine Cleaning
In the fine cleaning stage we adopt highly advanced super cleaner with equips 15 or 18 pcs sieves, the materials undergo further purification to remove smaller impurities such as, broken beans, under size beans, dust, fine sand, and lightweight particles. The equipment used here is engineered for high efficiency, ensuring thorough cleaning without damaging the beans or sesame .

Soil separation
The soil separation process targets residual soil that may still be present. This step utilizes specialized equipment to ensure the final product is free from any soil contamination, enhancing the overall quality and cleanliness.

Gravity Separation
The gravity separator is a critical component of the line, designed to separate materials based on their specific gravity. This stage effectively removes immature, shriveled, or damaged beans and sesame seeds, ensuring only high-quality products proceed to the next stage. The equipment is highly stable and delivers consistent performance.

Color Sorting
The color sorter employs advanced optical technology to detect and remove discolored, defective, or foreign materials based on color differences. Manual Sorting
Despite the advanced technology used in the previous steps, manual sorting is still an essential part of the process. Packaging
